VPS End-user Support

I am looking at your Reseller & VPS (Business) plans and it is not clear to me if the VPS end-user support requires the $300 purchase of 100 tickets or if this is for special type of support.

For reseller accounts, end user support is included free of charge.

For VPS's, end user support is not included. You may purchase end user support for VPS's at the price of $300 per 100 tickets.
